Our Los Encantos ATV
adventure begins at Puerto Los Cabos, the new
marina in San Jose del Cabo. We will ride
our ATVs through local villages and up into the
hills surrounding the town, affording us
incredible views of San Jose del Cabo and the
Sea of Cortez beyond.
We will ride along the coastline past the village of El Encanto de la Laguna, and off-road up in elevation, achieving magnificent views of the ocean. Continuing on, we will ride up a hill called Punta Gorda, where in season we can sometimes observe gray whales spouting, and ideal stop for some nice photos.
We restart our engines and ride to the small town of Los Zacatitos, and a semi-desert place called Arroyo Palo Seco. Here we'll take a second break, as your guide introduces you to some of the desert flora and fauna to be found in the region, such as cactus or small animal species. We will have some time for free riding our ATVs on the sand dunes before driving back to Puerto Los Cabos. A fun way to see a new area!

Cruise Passengers: Yes! This excursion is available to you and will work with most cruise schedules. Pick-up and drop-off from pier is included in the price!
Runs:
Daily at 9:00 AM, 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM.Duration: 2.5 Hours Approximately including transportation. Actual riding time is about 1.5 hours.
Departs: Free Pickup at your Los Cabos Hotel or the Cruise Ship Port in Cabo San Lucas.

OUR ADVICE:
1. Ride in the morning to beat the heat - makes for
a nicer ride. Late afternoon, though, during
the winter, can reward you with sunsets on the beach.
2. VERY IMPORTANT - Make sure to put on sunblock
- SPF 30 or higher! The sun in Cabo is very strong
- you don't want to be a lobster!
3. You'll get dirty, so plan on changing clothes
right after the tour.
Insurance &
Damage Deposits
You have 2 options for insuring
against damage to the ATV. You will need to choose one of
these on the day of the tour.
1. You can leave a credit card for
a damage deposit. Your credit card will be charged only in
the event that you damage the ATV, just like a rental car place
does. This is not insurance, but you won't pay anything at
all if you have a safe and damage-free trip.
2. For $25.00 USD per solo ATV or $35.00 USD for a shared ATV,
you can purchase insurance against any damage to the ATV.
If you were to crash your ATV and damage it, you will not be
charged anything if you choose this option.
