HIKING BURRO TOUR
Welcome to the beautiful desert landscape of Rancho Carisuva.
As you arrive at Carisuva, your guide will show you around the
ranch, where you can pet and take pictures of Cari the Camel,
our goats and horses. Here you'll be joined by your
friendly burro, who will accompany you on your hike.
Your ecological guide will escort you through the wilds of
the Baja, helping you appreciate the amazing array of wildlife
and flora that call the desert home. You will be treated
to incredible vistas of the Pacific Ocean and desert landscapes,
and with the afternoon tour, even watch the magnificent Pacific
sunset. This is a pleasant and non-strenuous hike, and is
suitable for all experience levels.
Runs: Twice Daily at 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM (sunset)
Duration: Approximately 4 Hours including
transportation. Actual Hiking time is about 2 hours plus
free time at the ranch.
Includes:
English Speaking Naturalist Guide, Burro, Soft Drinks,
Bottled Water, Energy Bar, Park Entrance Fee,
Round-Trip Transportation, Medical Insurance. Food and drinks
are available at the Ranch Grill.
Departs: Complimentary Hotel or
