Camels in Cabo San Lucas? Why not! Although camels are not indigenous to the Los Cabos area, they are perfectly suited to the desert climate. These unusual creatures can go up to 2 months without water depending on how hot the daytime temperatures are. They are widely used for transportation and work in desert climates just as horses are used in more temperate areas.

Arriving at Camel Quest, we'll introduce you to your camel and we'll learn about these warm and gentle animals through a variety of fun and games. We'll take photos of you with your camel that you can purchase after the tour, then you'll get to help us feed the camels, before hopping on board your camel for a walk through the desert oasis of El Tule canyon. After the tour you can refresh yourself with food or drinks at the canyon restaurant. This is a very fun tour for kids especially. We even have four young camels that are the perfect size for kids to ride

Cruise Passengers: Yes! This tour makes a great shore excursion.

Kids: 4 Years old and up. Kids ages 4 - 12 pay kids prices.

Restrictions: Weight Limit is 260 lbs. (120 kg) per person and 440 lbs. (200 kg) per camel. Must be able to walk on varied terrain. Expectant mothers and guests with osteoperosis, neck, back or heart conditions may not participate in this tour. For your own safety, we don't allow cameras during this tour, only before and after.
